AI for recruiters and hiring teams
ReVoice supports recruiters before, during and after an interview: it reads the CV and job description, suggests questions for each requirement, transcribes the conversation, and produces a role-fit debrief and follow-ups. It is decision support. It does not rank candidates or recommend who to hire.
Before the interview
Upload the CV and the job description. ReVoice extracts the competencies the role requires and compares them with the CV, quoting the evidence it found and suggesting a question for each requirement.
After the interview
The debrief sets CV evidence, interview evidence and still-open points side by side, with a competency scorecard and STAR analysis. ReVoice can also draft a second-interview plan, reference questions and a follow-up email to the candidate.
Built for sensitive material
Inside a company, only members an administrator has marked as recruiters can handle candidate material. The case file is encrypted and versioned, and CVs are not added to Company Knowledge.
