A secure AI meeting assistant
ReVoice is an AI meeting assistant where every AI request passes through a Gatekeeper that decides what the assistant may see and say before it answers. Access is scoped to your workspace and permissions, with two-factor authentication for everyone and single sign-on on the Business plan.
Permission-aware AI
The Gatekeeper filters before it retrieves. A question about a past meeting is answered only from material the person asking is allowed to read, and workspaces are separated from one another.
When someone outside your organization joins a meeting, ReVoice detects it and withholds internal company knowledge, so internal information does not reach external participants.
Account and data protection
- Two-factor authentication (TOTP), which an administrator can require for the company
- SAML and OIDC single sign-on on the Business plan
- Stored integration credentials and secrets encrypted with AES-256-GCM
- Encryption in transit with TLS and encryption at rest at the infrastructure level
- Audit records of AI decisions and of administrative actions
What we do not claim
ReVoice does not currently hold an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certificate, and we do not present control descriptions as certifications. The security page explains the controls in place today.

Does ReVoice support SSO and two-factor authentication?
Two-factor authentication is available to everyone. SAML and OIDC single sign-on are available on the Business plan.
Is ReVoice ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified?
No. ReVoice does not currently hold either certificate. See the security page for the controls in place.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. ReVoice does not use your meetings, audio or transcripts to train AI models.
