Connect ReVoice to the tools your team already uses
ReVoice turns meetings into summaries and action items, then sends them where work happens: chat, notes, CRM and accounting. Each integration below explains exactly what it does, what it can access and which plan includes it.
Chat and notes
- Slack and Microsoft Teams: post the summary to a channel you choose
- Zoom: see upcoming meetings and post the summary to a Team Chat channel
- Notion: write each summary as a page in a database you select
- Google Drive: save each summary as a Google Doc
Calendar, CRM and accounting
- Google Calendar and Meet, and Outlook: read-only calendar access
- HubSpot and Salesforce: push the summary to a deal or opportunity (Business plan)
- Fortnox: draft quotes, orders and invoices from meetings, confirmed by you before anything is written
- MCP: let an AI assistant such as Claude search your meetings and Company Knowledge within your permissions (Business plan, admin-enabled)
Access you control
Every integration connects with its own authorization screen, and an administrator can decide which members may connect which integrations. Chat and notes integrations only write; they do not read your messages or pages.
