The ReVoice Google Drive integration saves each meeting summary as a Google Doc, in your Drive or in a dedicated ReVoice folder. It uses the per-file Drive scope, so it can only see and manage the files it created itself, not the rest of your Drive.
Every summary becomes a normal Google Doc you can share, comment on and edit with the people you already collaborate with. Meeting notes stop living only inside a meeting tool.
Documents can be placed in your Drive root or in an app folder called ReVoice Meeting Summaries.
Google lets an app ask for a per-file scope. ReVoice uses it, which means the integration cannot browse, read or modify files it did not create. It is a one-way export of summaries.
The Google Drive integration is included in the Individual and Business plans.
