1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ReVoice platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ReVoice ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Service Description
ReVoice is an AI-powered meeting intelligence platform that provides:
- Real-time and post-meeting audio transcription
- AI-generated meeting summaries and action items
- Conversational AI chat about your meetings
- Speaker recognition and identification
- Knowledge graph and analytics
- Team collaboration features (sharing, channels, workspaces)
The Service uses trusted AI providers to process audio data and generate transcripts and insights. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to this data processing as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date
We enforce a strong password policy (minimum 12 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters) to protect your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Record or transcribe conversations without the consent of all participants where required by law
- Upload malicious content, malware, or attempt to compromise the Service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights
Important: You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable recording consent laws in your jurisdiction. Many jurisdictions require all-party consent before recording a conversation.
5. Your Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload, record, or create using the Service, including audio recordings, transcripts, and meeting notes ("Your Content").
By using the Service, you grant ReVoice a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., transcribing audio, generating summaries, enabling search). We do not use Your Content to train AI models or for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload, record, and process all content through the Service.
6. Third-Party Services
ReVoice integrates with the following third-party services to provide core functionality:

7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, interface, codebase, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of ReVoice and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.
8. Fees and Payment
ReVoice offers both free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:
- Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Current subscribers will be notified via email of any pricing changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReVoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of transcriptions or AI-generated content. You acknowledge that AI outputs may contain errors and should not be relied upon as a sole record of important decisions.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination:
- Your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy (e.g., 30 days for Free plans)
- Any active subscriptions will be cancelled
- You may export your data before deletion using the data export feature
We may also terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Business Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
When using the service for professional or commercial purposes (B2B), the Parties automatically commit to our Data Processing Agreement governing GDPR and sub-processors. You can find the DPA at the bottom of the Legal section or via the direct link in our footer.
