ReVoice posts the summary of a meeting to a Microsoft Teams channel you choose, as a formatted card with the overview, action items and a link back to the full meeting. It uses Microsoft Graph with delegated permissions and does not read your Teams messages.
You sign in with your Microsoft account and pick a team and channel. After a meeting, ReVoice posts the summary there as a card, so the recap sits next to the conversation your team already has.
The permissions are delegated and limited to sending channel messages and listing the teams and channels you can choose from, plus offline access so a summary can be posted later without asking you to sign in again.
ReVoice processes and stores meeting data in EU-region services and publishes its sub-processors. The Teams integration only sends the finished summary to the channel you selected.
