ReVoice compares a CV with a job description by extracting the competencies the role requires and checking each one against the CV. For every requirement it returns the evidence it found, quoted from the CV, a status and a confidence level.
The result is decision support. It highlights where the CV supports a requirement and where it is silent, which tells you what to ask in the interview. It does not state a hiring conclusion and does not produce a match percentage.
CVs and job descriptions can be uploaded as PDF, DOCX, TXT or Markdown, up to 8 MB. The case file is encrypted and versioned, and when you edit it, the stored comparison is marked as out of date so you never rely on a stale result.
