Trust Is Built Before Launch
A tool that listens to your meetings has to earn your trust every single day. That's why we shifted into an extra gear over the past few weeks and had an independent party review the entire platform before we scale up. That work is now complete, and we're proud of the result.
What the Audit Covered
- External penetration testing: An independent security firm actively tried to break into the system. The findings identified were of lower severity, and all of them are now fixed and verified.
- Tenant isolation: We fundamentally verified that no organization's data can ever be accessed by another. The separation between workspaces is strict and tested from multiple angles.
- Encryption end to end: All data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Sensitive content such as transcripts is handled on the principle of least possible exposure.
- GDPR and data residency: We confirmed our procedures for data processing, retention periods, and the right to erasure, with European data residency for teams that require it.
Security by Default, Not by Option
We don't see security as a feature to check off, but as a precondition for everything we build. Audit logs, two-factor authentication, and SSO for larger organizations are in place, and external meetings remain fail-closed: confidential company knowledge is never exposed to external participants.
Result: With the audit complete, we have the confidence we needed to welcome thousands of new users without compromising on security.
What's Next?
This was the last major step before the full launch. The next time you hear from us, we'll have a date to talk about. Stay tuned - it's almost time.
