Overview
Once customer access is released, you can send a PDF for simple electronic signing from After Meeting. Recipients sign at Scrive. BankID, other electronic identification and SMS codes are not part of this flow.
Scrive is provided through ReVoice. Each customer Company has a separate Scrive customer account with one shared integration user. ReVoice manages the connection. Every document belongs to its originating Space; sending and reading permissions are separate per Space.
Prerequisites
- ReVoice must have released customer access to Scrive. Reaching the start date does not open the feature automatically.
- The Company's customer order, valid acceptance of the Scrive customer addendum and DPA, and partner connection must be complete. You need the appropriate permission in the document's Space.
- An active paid plan or valid trial with sufficient plan access. An ended trial or suspended Company cannot create or start new signing requests. Existing history, PDF downloads and cancellation retain their permission checks.
Activate Scrive for the Company
- An authorised Company admin or owner opens Scrive under Integrations, reviews the Company name and links to the customer addendum and DPA with their versions, and ticks the declaration that they may represent the Company. Select Accept customer addendum. Acceptance applies to this Company; ReVoice handles the customer order and account verification separately.
- ReVoice registers the order and manages the Company customer account, integration user and secure connection. Customers do not need to sign in to Scrive or obtain API keys. Never send secrets by email or support chat.
- Check connection status under Integrations. Every Space in the Company uses the same Company connection without automatically receiving access to other Spaces' documents. Contact ReVoice if the account awaits activation or needs reconnection.
Send and follow signing
- Open After Meeting. Select a PDF, title, recipients and parallel or sequential signing order. A recipient can sign or receive a copy only.
- Review the document and the exact recipients. Sending starts only when you choose Confirm and send for signature. You are recorded as approver and sender.
- Use Refresh status on an active document to read its current status from Scrive. Open the signed PDF when its status is Signed.
- Cancel signing requires a second confirmation. A document that was already signed keeps its signed status.
- Select Open document for the PDF before signing completes and Open signed document afterwards. Document information shows permitted document and recipient details, file references and event times and can be downloaded as a limited JSON export. Listed attachments can be opened with the same view permission. Readers see history and document information but no private signing links, recipient suggestions or send form.
- Waiting to start means Scrive has accepted the request and is preparing the send. Refresh status or open the document; this status cannot be cancelled. A start confirmation or pending status does not prove invitation email delivery. Follow recipient status.
Permissions and documents
Authorised ReVoice operators manage the partner connection for the specified Company. The Company's authorised representative is responsible for customer acceptance. Reading signing history and PDFs requires view permission in the document's Space. Personal signing links are not given to read-only members.
The PDF and recipient details are sent to Scrive for signing. Send only material and recipient details you are allowed to share. Word negotiation is a separate flow with its own release requirements.
Document information and unfinished PDFs are retrieved from Scrive on demand without a local archive copy. Information excludes national identification numbers, IP addresses, raw authentication logs, custom customer tags, callback secrets and private signing links. Sealed PDFs follow the existing archive flow.
Disconnection and reconnection
Pause new Scrive sends stops new admissions to document preparation and signing start. Requests already admitted may finish and existing signing continues. Authorised reading and cancellation remain available. Pausing does not terminate the customer agreement or Scrive account and deletes no documents.
Contact ReVoice to manage the Company connection. Disconnection affects the whole Company and does not stop signing already running at Scrive. Status, cancellation and PDFs held only at Scrive require reconnection of the same account. Previously stored PDFs may remain available. Handle pending documents before disconnection; account termination or erasure is a separate request.
Troubleshooting
- Unknown send outcome: the request may already have been sent. Refresh document status in ReVoice and contact ReVoice support if the outcome remains unresolved. Do not create a new send with a changed title, file or recipients to bypass the error. Support investigates the existing document at Scrive when needed.
- Reconnection required: contact ReVoice support to check the Company partner connection. Reconnect the same Scrive account; reconnection does not send documents automatically.
- No access: check customer release, plan/trial and permission in the meeting Space. Another Space may have different permissions.
Support
Contact support with the ReVoice document ID, time and error code. Do not send API credentials, personal signing links or agreement text.
