Overview
ReVoice is an AI meeting-intelligence platform that transcribes your meetings and generates summaries and action items. This page explains how to add, use, and remove the Notion integration.
The integration uses Notion's API over OAuth so you can save meeting summaries into your Notion workspace. You choose exactly which pages or databases ReVoice may access when you connect.
Prerequisites
- A ReVoice account at https://re-voice.io with permission to manage integrations in your workspace.
- A ReVoice paid plan (Individual or higher). If your workspace admin has restricted this integration, use Request access on the card.
- A Notion account and a page or database where summaries should be saved.
Adding the app
Follow these steps to connect Notion to ReVoice:
- Sign in to ReVoice at https://re-voice.io.
- Go to Settings, then Integrations.
- Find Notion and click Connect.
- On Notion's authorization screen, select the specific pages or databases ReVoice may access, then click Allow access.
- You are returned to ReVoice, where Notion shows as Connected.

Using the app
After connecting, you can use the following features:
- Confirm the connection: Settings, then Integrations, then Notion shows as Connected, along with the Notion workspace name.
- Choose where summaries are saved: open Settings, then Integrations, then Notion, pick the destination page or database, and save.
- Save meeting summaries to Notion: after a meeting is processed, its summary (overview, action items, key highlights, and a link back to ReVoice) is written as a new page in the destination you selected.
Removing the app
You can remove the integration from either side.
From ReVoice: go to Settings, then Integrations, then Notion, and click Disconnect.
From Notion: open your Notion settings, go to Connections, find ReVoice, and remove it.
- Consequences of removal: ReVoice stops saving meeting summaries to Notion. Pages already created in Notion remain in Notion.
- How your data is handled: ReVoice deletes the stored Notion connection (the access token, workspace id, and workspace name) from its database.
- Your ReVoice meetings and transcripts are not deleted by disconnecting Notion; they remain in your ReVoice account.
Troubleshooting
- Notion shows 'Reconnect needed': your authorization expired or was revoked. Go to Settings, then Integrations, then Notion, and click Connect again.
- The destination does not appear: on the Notion authorization screen make sure you granted access to the page or database you want, then reconnect.
- A summary was not saved: confirm a destination is selected and that the connection is still active, then re-run the summary.
- The authorization screen shows an error: make sure you are signing in to the correct Notion workspace, then retry from Settings, then Integrations, then Notion.
Frequently asked questions
Can ReVoice see my whole Notion workspace? No. It can only access the pages or databases you explicitly select when you connect.
What does ReVoice write? A summary page for each meeting, in the destination you choose.
Do I need a paid plan? Yes. Notion is available on the Individual plan and higher.
Where is my data stored? Connection data and OAuth tokens are stored in our EU-hosted database, and tokens are encrypted at rest. See our Privacy Policy for details.
