How to add, use, and remove the ReVoice integration for HubSpot.

ReVoice is an AI meeting-intelligence platform that transcribes your meetings and generates summaries and action items. This page explains how to add, use, and remove the HubSpot integration.
The integration uses the HubSpot API over OAuth so you can save the participant-safe recap of a meeting to HubSpot as a note. Automatic push also links the note to a deal when exactly one open deal matches the meeting.
Follow these steps to connect HubSpot to ReVoice:

After connecting, you can use the following features:
You can remove the integration from either side.
From ReVoice: go to Integrations, then HubSpot, and click Disconnect.
From HubSpot: sign in to HubSpot, open Settings, then Connected apps, find ReVoice, and remove it.
What does ReVoice write to HubSpot? A note containing the participant-safe recap of the meeting. Automatic push links it to a deal when exactly one open deal matches; otherwise it is saved unlinked.
Why does it need write access to contacts and deals? HubSpot requires the contacts scopes to create a note, and the deals scopes to find the matching deal and attach the note to it. ReVoice does not change your contacts or deals.
Do I need a paid plan? Yes. HubSpot is available on the Business plan.
Where is my data stored? Connection data and OAuth tokens are stored in our EU-hosted database, and tokens are encrypted at rest. See our Privacy Policy for details.
