Overview
ReVoice is an AI meeting-intelligence platform that transcribes your meetings and generates summaries and action items. This page explains how to add, use, and remove the HubSpot integration.
The integration uses the HubSpot API over OAuth so you can save a meeting summary to HubSpot and link it to a deal.
Prerequisites
- A ReVoice account at https://re-voice.io with permission to manage integrations in your workspace.
- A ReVoice Business plan. If your workspace admin has restricted this integration, use Request access on the card.
- A HubSpot account with access to contacts and deals.
Adding the app
Follow these steps to connect HubSpot to ReVoice:
- Sign in to ReVoice at https://re-voice.io.
- Go to Settings, then Integrations.
- Find HubSpot and click Connect.
- On HubSpot's authorization screen, choose your account, review the requested access, and click Connect app.
- You are returned to ReVoice, where HubSpot shows as Connected.

Using the app
After connecting, you can use the following features:
- Confirm the connection: Settings, then Integrations, then HubSpot shows as Connected.
- Save a summary to HubSpot: after a meeting, push its summary to HubSpot, where it is saved as a note.
- Link to a deal: search your HubSpot deals and attach the note to the right one so the meeting is recorded against the deal.
Removing the app
You can remove the integration from either side.
From ReVoice: go to Settings, then Integrations, then HubSpot, and click Disconnect.
From HubSpot: sign in to HubSpot, open Settings, then Connected apps, find ReVoice, and remove it.
- Consequences of removal: ReVoice can no longer read your deals or save summaries to HubSpot. Notes already saved in HubSpot remain in HubSpot.
- How your data is handled: ReVoice deletes the stored HubSpot connection (the OAuth tokens) from its database.
- Your ReVoice meetings and transcripts are not deleted by disconnecting HubSpot; they remain in your ReVoice account.
Troubleshooting
- HubSpot shows 'Reconnect needed': your authorization expired or was revoked. Go to Settings, then Integrations, then HubSpot, and click Connect again.
- No deals appear: confirm your HubSpot account has deals and that your user can access them, then reconnect.
- A summary was not saved: confirm the connection is still active and that you selected a deal, then push the summary again.
- The authorization screen shows an error: make sure you are choosing the correct HubSpot account, then retry from Settings, then Integrations, then HubSpot.

Do I need a paid plan? Yes. HubSpot is available on the Business plan.
