Choose the language for the workflow
ReVoice offers language options for Swedish, Norwegian and Danish. Available transcription paths depend on the meeting or import mode and selected service. Check the language settings for the workflow you will use.
Audio quality, overlapping speakers, dialects and specialist vocabulary can affect the result. Test a representative recording and review important names, figures and decisions before sharing the transcript or summary.
Data protection and regions
Processing regions and provider access depend on the service and configuration. EU storage does not mean every recording, speech or AI request stays in the EU/EEA. Payments, email, network/security services and integrations can involve other countries.
Meeting capture runs in Recall.ai's EU region in Frankfurt. Transcription through Recall uses Deepgram's EU endpoint. Some optional features and administrative services process data outside the EU/EEA.
Review the sub-processor information, privacy policy and DPA, and request dated operational evidence for your regional requirements.
- Traffic between your browser and re-voice.io uses TLS. Stored integration credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Assess meeting-content and storage protection per service and data type.
- We do not use your meetings, audio, transcripts or documents to train, fine-tune or improve AI models, whether our own or anyone else's. Assess provider-specific terms separately.
- Review the actual retention and deletion process, including provider recordings and backups.
Review quality in your own setting
Compare the transcript with the recording and report concrete errors to support. Use the results to set a review process for the meeting types and vocabulary your organization uses.
